Sterling Consortium was established in July, 2015 and is an approved National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA) Centre that offers short-term skills training, consulting, supply and installation and maintenance services. Sterling Consortium offers tailor-made skills training that enhance skills and are market driven, using hands-on practical methodology, field works, field visits and industrial attachment. Since inception, this training methodology has proven a great success and it has attracted general public interest that also triggers big establishments such as government ministries i.e. MOTIE & Youth & Sports, International Trade Centre ITC (YEP Gambia Project), UNDP (Entrepreneurship Private Sector Development Project), IOM, Saama-Kairo Federation, SWEGAM, and SOS Village.
